What is CREW?

CREW is an intensive ONE week training camp geared for high-school and college students where you learn to share the Gospel with children (ages 5-12). This training will also equip you to be involved in various areas such as your local Sunday School, Discovery Time or other children’s ministries. You are supported by CEF, friends, and family who become part of your ministry to the children through prayers and financial support.

CREW Summer Missionaries join a small but mighty team who work together, learn from each other, and encourage one another throughout the summer.

After training, you will go on to teach two 5-Day Clubs per week together with your partner/team for the next six weeks.

What is a 5-Day Club®?

A 5-Day Club® is an evangelistic neighborhood Bible Club for children. It is held in a Christian home, church, community centre, school, etc. They can also be outdoors in parks, school yards, or even someone’s background. 5-Day Club runs for two hours (mostly mornings and afternoons) from Monday to Friday.

A team of summer missionaries teach exciting and dynamic Bible lessons on the child’s level along with an inspiring missionary story. Boys and girls also participate in games, singing, sharing and memorizing Bible verses. It’s an exciting, fun-filled week!
